When restoring a vintage motorcycle it always good to start with a complete clean motorcycle.

 

Sandblasted, primer and sanded

Frame, swing arm, skid plate, footrest, kick stand, seat pan, foot brake, brake light bracket, crown handle, muffler, under bracket, chain guard, front fender, rear fender, bar tension, fuel tank, headlight bucket, 2 ears, oil tank and meter bracket.

 

Muffler is sandblasted and painted with high heated primer and black paint

 

Powder coated with high gloss black

Frame and swing arm.

 

Painted with high gloss black and clear coated 3 times

Skid plate, footrest, kick stand, seat pan, foot brake, crown handle, under bracket, bar tension, and meter bracket.

 

Painted shade of gray with 3 times clear coats

Front fender, rear fender, brake light bracket and chain guard

 

Painted candy orange with 3 times clear coats

Fuel tank, headlight bucket, 2 ears, oil tank

Top End

 

We pull out the top head and the cylinder, inspect piston and cylinder, measure piston and cylinder clearance is good, if it necessary we will bore the cylinder to use os piston, if everything is okay we will only change the piston rings.

 

- Sandblasted Head and cylinder

 

-Polished cylinder and painted with high heat gloss paint

 

-Top head is painted with high heat silver grey

All nuts and bolts, hardwares and others accessories has been zinc plated, polished and chrome to make it shiny.

 

Fresh carburetor, new air filter and spark plug. It always starts on the first or second kick. Low-mileage, the engine is healthy, quite and runs strong, smooth clutch and all gears shift normal, oil injector pump is working, new sprocket chain, new oem high quality cushion and seat cover, handlebar, grips, foot pegs rubbers and kick start rubber are new .Speedometer, tachometer, horn, head light, and turn signals are working, plus all instrument lights are working as well. If you are looking for beauty and performance this bike is for you.

The fenders and chain guard are sandblasted and repainted with the correct shade of gray, painted with pearl yellow color are the gas tank, headlight shell, oil tank, and fork ears. Inside the gas tank has no rust. Frame had been sandblasted and powder coated with gloss black color. Tool box, seat pan, air box, stand, and skid plate had been sandblasted primer painted Yamaha black and clear coated twice for protection. All nuts and bolts including spokes, wheels hubs, sprocket, horn, stabilizer, and engine covers are polished. All cables are original and as good as new. Replaced all external engine seals. All front and rear shock are plenty of damper on then and no leaks. The tires are original and still good but they need to be change if the bike use for daily ride. I have the pink original title. Exceptional small blemish on the left side of the tank hard to see. I can hold the bike for 20 days after the auction and also can assist on shipping.
