DISASSEMBLE
Our crew will disassemble frame, fenders, horn, engine, wheels, rear and front shocks, speedometer and tachometer, headlight, taillight, turn signals, etc.
SANDBLASTING
We Sandblast the frame, swingarm, exhaust, toolbox, skid plate, footrest, kickstand, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, gas tank, oil tank, headlight bucket, (2) ears, chain guard, front fender, rear fender, bar tension, air box. Primer and sand are toolbox, skid plate, footrest, kickstand, toolbox, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, gas tank oil tank, headlight bucket, (2) ears, chain guard, front fender, rear fender, bar tension, and airbox. POWDER COATING
Powder coated with high gloss black will be the frame and swing arm. Painted with
Yamaha black are tool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand, toolbox, seat pan,
foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, bar tension, air box
PAINTING
We use ppg to paint the tool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand, toolbox, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, bar tension, air box.
We always apply three clear coat for longer protection are tool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand, toolbox, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, gas tank oil tank, headlight bucket, (2) ears, chain guard, front fender, rear fender, bar tension, air box. Get polished, fuel tank, oil tank, head light, ears, both fenders and chain guard
New original( optional )paint are the fuel tank, headlight shell, oil tank, and fork ears. Front fender, rear fender and chain guard were painted shade of gray
POLISHING
Both engine covers, including sprocket cover, front and rear wheel hubs,
two- plates, two-lower front forks, forks top bolts, light switch, two lever
holders and two levers.
SHINNY ZINC PLATING AND REPAIR
Shiny zinc plate all nuts and bolts, spokes and other accessories.
We zinc plated the hardware for good look and for rust prevention, reshaped nuts
and bolts that are neglected.

CHROME
Re-chrome if necessary speedometer/ tachometer housing, kick start, shift lever, handle bar, both rear shock springs, ignition key housing, front fender bracket, both wheels etc.
VAPOR BLASTING
We use the latest technology in the market today to clean both
engine cases, cylinder head, cylinder itself, petcock, carburetor, all
wheel hubs and plate, anything aluminum on the bike will be vapor
blast for ultimate cleaning. Every parts that are non electrical will be
cleaned with vapor blasting.
ENGINE
By pass opening the gear box. Rebuilt top end, bored cylinder to 3rd oversize ( optional ), new original 3rd o/s keystone piston ( optional ) and piston rings. Re-shape exterior cylinder and painted with high heat gloss with gasoline resistant ( nos looks ). All gaskets and engine seals are
REFURBISHED AND REBUILT
Complete re-build front shocks, shocks are, inspect rear shocks damper
and leaks. All electrical will be inspected, clean flywheel,magneto.
Refurbished all electrical wires, refurbished tachometer, speedometer and
horn etc. clean all electrical switches and re-set speedometer to o at
customer request miles. New ignition point. Note: Zinc plated both inner
spring coil on the front fork shock
ELECTRICAL
All electrical wires will be tested within specs., any deterioration, neglected wires and switches will be replaced.

PERFORMANCE
Cleaned the carburetor, setup the correct gas level. Setup the correct timing on the cylinder head. New point with the correct gap.c

Powder coated with gloss black the frame and swing arm. Painted with Yamaha black are tool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand, toolbox, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, bar tension, air box. New original candy yellow paint are the fuel tank, headlight shell, oil tank, and fork ears. Front fender, rear fender and chain guard were painted shade of gray. Applied three clear coat for longer protection are tool box, skid plate, footrest, kick stand, toolbox, seat pan, foot brake, meter bracket, crown handle, under bracket, gas tank oil tank, headlight bucket, (2) ears, chain guard, front fender, rear fender, bar tension, air box. Paint polish fuel tank, oil tank, head light, ears, both fenders and chain guard. As we stated on the restoration setup.

Complete top end re-building, bored cylinder if it’s not on the model specs, new original piston and piston rings. Re-shape exterior cylinder and painted with high heat gloss with gasoline resistant ( nos looks ). (by pass transmission rebuilding) All gaskets and engine seals are new. Polished wheel hubs and levers and lever holders.

New nos chain link, complete re-build front shocks and rear shocks. All electrical will be inspected and cleaned flywheel and magneto. Refurbished electrical wires. cleaned all electrical switches.
